2. Copy the text from the bottom window into a text editor like wordpad, simpletext or notepad.3. ave the text file to your harddrive for loading the layout at a later time. |

1. PC users: Hold the ALT key and then press the PRINT SCRN key on your keyboard.
Mac users: press command 3 to do a screen grab.
2. Open an office productivity program like OpenOffice or Word or an image editing program like paint or LVIEW and select PASTE from the EDIT menu 3. Select SAVE AS from the FILE menu |
| Print the Room |

2.Open an office productivity program like msWord or image editing program like LView and select PASTE from the EDIT menu 3. Select print from the FILE menu (larger screen size = better resolution for print). |
